SHIPPING

What method of shipping do you use?
All items are shipped from Vancouver, BC Canada using Canada Post Airmail.  If you would prefer a different delivery service (courier/overnight shipping), please let us know and we will be glad to give you a quote and estimated arrival date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my item?
Packages ship within 3 days of purchase.  Shipments to Canada and the US will be received within 2-10 business days from the date of delivery and international packages will be received within 6-12 business days from the date of delivery.

How much is shipping?
Shipments to Canada and the US are $10.00 plus $2.00 for each additional item.  International shipments are $20.00 plus $5.00 for each additional item.

**Please be aware that all international orders, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery.

Does shipping include insurance coverage?
$100.00 insurance coverage is included.  If you would like to add additional insurance to the shipping of your item, please contact us prior to making payment and we will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the additional insurance coverage.

Does shipping include tracking and delivery confirmation?
Tracking and delivery confirmation is not included.  If you would like to add this service, please contact us for rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal as well as in-store payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or American Express  (1714 Commercial Drive  Vancouver, BC).  In-store payments must be made within 3 days of purchase.

PayPal allows you to send money with the flexibility to pay using either your PayPal account balances, bank accounts or credit cards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you have received an item that you would like to return, please contact us within two days of receipt of the package.  Domestic returns must be received within seven business days of the package being shipped by the buyer and international packages must be received within fourteen days of the package being shipped by the buyer.  The buyer must use delivery confirmation when when returning a package.  Once the item has been received, we will issue a refund less the original shipping fee.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The following items are non-refundable:
-Domestic returns received after seven business of the item being shipped
-International returns received after fourteen business days of the item being shipped
-Returns received in damaged or worn condition
-Intimates, swimwear, tights and socks
-Final sale items
-Books

Do you accept exchanges?
We only offer exchanges on new items for the same item in a different size or colour. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
